A three day course where the student will provide a three tier cake or dummy coated in sugar paste coloured to their preference. Over the three days the students will learn a wide variety of skills which they will then use to design and complete their own unique cake. Over the two days the student will learn a wide variety of skills as an introduction to the world of sugarcraft, this class will help the student decide which sugarcrafting techniques they would like to explore further with future classes. This class will introduce you to creating and cutting stencils inspired by greeting cards or your own design work. The stencilling techniques covered in this class are with coloured food dusts, royal icing and metallic dusts. The class will introduce you to a wide range of pre-made stencils and their uses for the creation of accent pieces and toppers.
